Yea if you cant bring it inside somewhere leave it home. That or see if there is a storage place that rents by the month or week within walking distance is my only other thought.

dude,yes its the beach,but its not myrtle beach.you aint missing a damn thing if you dont ride in va beach.

Thanks for the compliment on the exhaust!

But everyone's pretty much right... you do whatever you can that makes you feel best. Honestly, there is NO sure fire way to keep it 100% safe, all the time. If someone wants it bad enough... it's gone.

The length of time you're there may help you some, as long as it's short. I wouldn't chat with the hotel about it... but if you get a room away from the main office, on the ground floor, with a door that leads outside, I'd just pull it inside anyways and not say anything. Other than that, gps tracking devices, rim/rotor locks, big chains on it that latch it to something solid... all of that helps and provides deterrent. Sometimes just visual deterrents provide the best security for the general to-be thieving masses. (Example: An ADT security sign outside your house has been proven to lower the chances of someones house being broken into by 20%... regardless of whether or not you actually HAVE an alarm)
