Default rumble import

Anyone ever order direct from rumble import? I ordered an undertail from them on Aug 2nd and I still don't have it. I call every week and keep getting the run around. Apparently it shipped on tues but their account system still shows 'processing'. They also never emailed me a tracking number like they said they would so I called them yet again and now I have it. I enter the number in UPS website and it doesn't show up. They say it's because of customs, but come on, how long does it take to ship out a product these days? Anyone else ever have any problems with them?

if tis overseas it could be a bitch. especially since the liquid airplane incident. but it normally takes stuff a bit longer to get into the states. and with the tracking number, not sure, but it might not appear in the system until it hits the US. i know some of them dont show up right when they are shipped. there is some sort of delay. but 3 weeks eh...sounds like you are eager to get to install it.

Yeah, I can't wait to get rid of the rest of that stupid fender back there. The company is located in Canada.
