well this is what happens when someone with no riding exsperence buys a brand new bike thats to powerful for them. This kid bought this beautiful machine at 11.45am an it showed back up at the dealer like this at 12.00. To top it all off he was pissed an tried to blam the dealer. Thanks guy for driving up our rates cause you think you can hang with veterans right out the box.

Sell it to him with the two brothers on the bike already?
Hope the kid is alright, Hope the dealership made him buy gear with it. Hope the dealership suggested him taking MSF course before he bought the bike.
There are many reasons you could blame the Dealership. It all depends on the salesman really.
I sold Kawasaki's for a long time and I always pushed the 250 on anyone that had never ridden before but some people you just can't sell that way, they want the fastest best thing out there with no experience at all.
regardless it's the kids choice to ride off the lot with a new 600 SS bike. However, It;s the dealerships responsibility to tell him the risk of that and make sure he understands that risk involved in his choice.
Was he wearing gear?

Not even 15mins to do that. order of operations: 1wreck 2cops show up 3tow truck pick up the bike, this is all assuming the cops and tow truck did show and he just didnt throw the bike in the bed of his buddy's truck and drop it back off at the D.S.
thrasher you bring up a good point about the release agent. I wouldn;t be surprised if the release agent was the cause of the accident...
