normal riding i'd say no its not guna build up forearm muscle. but if your tracking or motocrossing then id say yeah youll be sore.

You must not be in stop and go traffic. That will kill your arms after about 40 mins. lol

haha i ride country side and through center city philly alot. ive had my fair share of stop and go traffic.

when i first started riding i was sore as hell. then someone pointed out to me that im putting to much weight on my arms. need to relax. not lock up your elbows. body position etc...

after a season of learning the little things that soreness went away.
