Default riding building up forarm muscles?

just wondering if anyone thinks that riding may help build bigger forarms since your constantly using brake/clutch? it seems like my forarms were not that big before and since ive been riding it looks like theyve gotten huge. jw if anyone had this happen lol

Depends on how much riding you are doing. However, the data may be skewed if you are engaging in nightly alone time activities. So I guess it would be a hard test, due to having to choose between two pleasures.

Totally agree. During track days I used to get pretty bad "arm pump". Not as bad as what I get at a motocross track but still enough to be a problem. Maybe I grip the bike too hard?

I've got one of those powerballs. They definately strengthen the forearms and wrists.

Funny to watch so I thought I'd post it. I dont think he has many friends and has too much time on his hands. You only need to watch the first 40 or so seconds to get the idea otherwise it starts to just look wrong. Try and explain it to your missus as she walks in and you're watching a dude that appears to be masturbating.

Maybe your forearms are building up from all the "long showers" you are taking??
