I was waiting for the bike to fall in that video. He looked just a little unstable. And I'm sure that if you do this on a daily basis, something will eventually give out prematurely.

yea the way he does it in the video i wouldnt recomend.... i just gran the handle bars from the left side, lean the bike left and pivot and pull its smooth and simple.

the whole bike off the ground....lifting the plastics like a body builder.....is most def going to cause some sort of damage at some point. either to you the lifter. or your bike.

I agree with Bluefox if it was done everyday it may get weak and give. Yes, its made to hold the bike up, but not every pound, then swiveling it on there as well. I only do it when I am forced to, tight garage or when the bikes in a house.

I dont really consider it a trick, doesnt really look cool and its easier than most of yer' girlfriends.

Ok, here's my way of doin it: The same principles the guy on the vid used but I grab the belt that goes accross the rearseat(as simo1000rr mentioned) and pull towardsme and the rear wheel comes up, then grab the left handle bar and pull also towards me, this will have both wheels up in the air...now the only thing I do differetly is to pull a little more just bringing the tires a bit higher and make one swift spin counter-clock wise(not fast, by swift I mean at asmooth andsteady pace).Make surethe tires don't hit the ground(like on the vid) untill you have it where you want it; that could cause you to drop it thus embarrassing you.
