03-06 CBR600RR = 3.1 Qts w/ Filter Change
If you're putting in three quarts of oil, you should be good to go, unless the oil you put in is prone to volitity (evaporation). putting in 4 quarts can be quite foolish as an overfill is worse than underfilling it. If you're just doing wheelies and you're worried about starvation, DONT. There is plenty of oil in the sump and the pick up is located twords the rear of the pan where all the oil goes when the wheel comes up. It's a wet sump, not a dry or semi-wet sump, so when doing a oil change with a filter change, install 3 qts of good, heat stable oil and you should be good to go.

RE: Oil Question # 9,999
First... to ask the obvious, are you checking the bike when it's leaning on the kick stand? I'm asking for the same reason they put the stupid warning labels on everything now, I've seen it done. You have two lines on the window, are you saying it's not in the window at all or not in the lines? I change mine all the time and always use 3 quarts and see oil at the upper line. I start the bike for 5 minutes to warm up the oil so it flows out, then let it drain for a long time to make sure most of the old is out... not like hours, but around 5 to 10 minutes while I do other things to the bike.
Too much oil is a bad thing.... don't over fill.
