Default Odd Question

Insurance is absolutely outrageous for me. Seeing as I have a dui from two years that was supposed to get dropped. Been on the phone for a couple months with the courts trying to get it figured out, only to the point where the judge retired from the postion, so nothing can be done now. Does anybody know of anyone in my situation that can be of help on this. Progressive quoted me $1700 for full liability a year. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks

Alright, no worries, found a company for full coverage still having to pay $2358 a year, but for full coverage and a dui on file, not to shabby. Bike needs to be taken care of as well.... thanks anyhow for your response, was State Farm rep. that sent me to this other company.

History or not, I would still get a quote from State Farm. I was getting BS quotes from Progressive and Geico for like $5000/year. Went with State Farm and it's $73.00/month.

Because of my dui, State Farm wont have anything to do with me, till a 5 year grace period is met from the time of the citation. Thats why they led me to this other company.....

There is more than just full coverage and liability, there are middle grounds. I have friends who have liability with different features in there plan to the point of they were to hit a Ferrari, they would be fine. But they don't carry around full coverage.

"Full Coverage" is a made up term by the insurance companies. There is no such thing. And there are thousands of different ways to set up your coverage. "Full Coverage" is just a general overall coverage. "Full Coverage" at one place will not be the same at other places.

That's not really on topic, but I just think it's funny how so many people define and are mislead by the term "full coverage."
