Cliff notes:
you were speeding and didnt have the proper registration requirements so you got a ticket.

Laws are made for a reason you broke them, deal with it. If you dont like some random person having "executive power" over you, why dont you try becoming a Police Officer (public servent). I'm tired of people blaming cops for there retarded driving. Yeah you where only going 6 over, but you didn't have a valid inspection, I stand by the cops decision to ticket you.
Guess I shouldn't hunt whales in Nevada also.

If they didn't beat you with those pipes what did you want the cops to do ? It's not illegal to carry a pipe..

Correct. You have to get hurt first before they can do anything. Yippie.

Im not an all out police basher but i do agree that most of them (especially newer cops) get power crazy. A good friend of mine became a cop and he gets so much enjoyment out of pulling someone out of a car or beating someone with a baton, or even just pulling someone over for "looking suspicious" that it is sickening, and i know hes not the only one. Were the cops there when some one broke into my house, NO. Were they there when i got mugged and robbed, NO. Were they there when someone broke into my car, NO. Were they there when ive had numerous bicycles stolen from me, NO. But they sure as hell were there when i didnt come to a COMPLETE 4 second stop at a stop sign. When they do something good for me then I may view them in a better light. But like i said im not an all out cop basher because there are many great cops, some of which i have met, and maybe they havent helped me because i have unlicky timing, nevertheless it is frustrating sometimes when they are not there in your time of need but always there to bust you for miniscule things.

.....End novel lol

Oh? Like who?

Aren't you like 18 or 19? With all due respect, Nauree, you might want to give it some time and find a way where you can put yourself in a cop's shoes so you can understand them from their point of view. I'm sure some of them have complete unnecessary attitudes and give undeserved punishments, but in your case, you broke the law and are paying for it. I disagree with the 6 over speeding ticket though. 6mph is not a gracious enough range.
