Hey guys, im kinda new to this music thing while riding as well. I have been on two wheels for about 4 years and only in the last year have i even remotly realized i could be jamming out with some little earbuds, i have been using these New Balance sport buds in one ear...but never even condsidered an "in helmet" speaker system. But when i search for them all i can ever come up with are something like
. Are there any brand names that i should be on the look out for?
That's pretty hip. You might also consider some of the blue-tooth headsets with
a mic. Then if you passenger up, you can talk. Or, sync to your phone as both
MP3 player and phone. I am NOT endorsing long chats while driving, but it's cool
be able to answer in-coming (briefly) or let your sweetie know your safe and
heading back. ;-)
Some of the makers of the quality stuff are Sena, Midland, Parrot, etc.
Just do a google for motorcycle blue-tooth headsets.
If you have a riding buddy, if he/she gets one, too, it adds a whole dimension to the experience.
Hope this helps, Ern
