Default Music + Riding

I did a search on the forums and I found a couple good threads but nothing with exactly what I was looking for. Anyways with that said...

I live in Virginia and it is illegal to have earbuds in while riding a motorcycle. I was looking for information on helmet speakers. What is a good brand? How do they install? Can you hear clearly? I saw some helmets with built in bluetooth. Can you run music through them?

I will only be driving back and forth to class so I wont break 40mph. Mostly around 30mph so not much wind noise. I like my music loud but Im not looking for the speakers to be insanely loud. My safety takes priority over my comfort but I still would like some music. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

+1 on willduce. Its the same law here in IL and that's what I did. Cheap as hell and sounds WAY better than the $400 bluetooth garbage.
