^ yea i noticed that, like how cars wheels/rims look like they are going backwards when on the highway.

 

Make the yellow dots gigantic, then they won't go away.

Solution: Make your bike yellow and gigantic!!!

Have you ever seen that in person? I always thought that was only from film due to the frame rate of the recorder.

 

It's the same concept when you see it in person. Our eyes have a "frame rate" too, so to speak. There's differing figures as to how many times they eye percieves a new image per second, but regardless, this is what causes this illusion and the reason for motion blur. For example, when you look at a fan spinning, it appears to be just a blur of the blades that you can seemingly peer through. Slow the fan down, and suddenly you can see the individual blades spinning.
