Make the yellow dots gigantic, then they won't go away.

Solution: Make your bike yellow and gigantic!!!

Why didn't I think of that

It's the same concept when you see it in person. Our eyes have a "frame rate" too, so to speak. There's differing figures as to how many times they eye percieves a new image per second, but regardless, this is what causes this illusion and the reason for motion blur. For example, when you look at a fan spinning, it appears to be just a blur of the blades that you can seemingly peer through. Slow the fan down, and suddenly you can see the individual blades spinning.
