Is there such a thing as a preppy-emo? Cause I used to have a friend that had the emo personality, but he dressed like a preppy school boy. So not only did he act like a depressed idiot, he looked gay half the time to. I just wanted to punch him in the face half the time and tell him to act normal.

I think emos hate preps. Preps are happy, emos are sad. Preps have a positive outlook on life an appear to be successful, emos are pathetic losers who aren't very good at sports. Preps like to wear vibrant colors, emos are tonally challenged. Preps have a defined sex, emos all look the same and probably cut their sexual organs...you show 'em emos...you aren't going to take anyone's ****!

In high school, I wore normal clothes (shopped at aeropostale), played varsity soccer, held the school record for the 3200 in track (running distance sucked ***), had a lot of friends, but listened to alternative rock (still do), and had an autumn lock (also known as "emo hair") haircut (now I just have medium-length hair that's always messy).
