Default MICRON PIPE

IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHAT KIND OF PIPE, AND WHY IT DOEN'T GET HOT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. I BOUGHT THE BIKE WITH A FULL MICRON EXHAUST AND DON'T REALLY KNOW ALOT ABOUT IT. I KNOW THE CARBON FIBER WON'T BURN BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN ONE LIKE THIS BEFORE.

Are you sure that what you have is a FULL exhaust? looks like a slip on.

Not positive, it was on there when i bought it. I assumed it was full exhaust because it was all welded together. I have seen plenty of slip ons that were bolted, so I really don't know for sure.

Glad to see you changed your mind about caps lock! =D I don't know what it's made of but that's the same exhaust I'm going to get only silver to blue or blue to black I haven't decided yet. Now I just have to decide if I want a high mount or regular. The only thing different is the high mount allows you to lean farther to the right correct? Does the high mount get in the way of the passenger? I know you can leave the pegs on with a high mount but I don't want to have to always worry about the passenger burning themself.

I at work and I use caps all the time, I guess it looks like i really mean the s**t when the caps are on. Yeah i like the way it changes colors this is the first one I've seen. The high mount my not work with pass pegs, I always see them with the seat cowl on so I would say negative ghost rider. If you are leaning over that far you better be on the track, thats pretty tight.

Thanks for the reply.

I believe they are made of aluminum which is pretty standard now adays. From the looks of it your system seems to be a slip on style exhaust.
