Modern headlight reflectors throw out so much more light than the older ones did.
If you add high intensity bulbs it should be an amazing package.
Please keep us updated.

Nice, would still be good to seeanother write-up before cutting things to pieces myself. It looks really awesome whenfinished. The more research the better when cutting up perfectly good OEM parts.

well crap. here I thought I was being somewhat innovative and original... only to find out I'm only 2 years too late.... thanks a lot X.!!!!

anyway, I am planning on still going through with the mod. Looking at the pics on the 600rr website, the second looks better to me. It looks almost factory and he still retained the stock adjustment. it looks a little hacked from the backside view, but I think that could easily be fixed with some fiberglass work.


I'll keep you all posted.
