Anyone know if its legal or illegal in the state of Florida?

As far as I know, it's illegal in every state except California.

however, if traffic comes to a dead stop (and will be for awhile) and you have got room... riding through at a few mph will likely be ok. If it is hot I will - particularily if I will be making a right turn eventually.

If you get pulled over it will be a ticket, but if they are stuck in traffic you probably won't get pulled over.

Of course it still is illegal so *don't do it*
