OK guys,let me give you a little background on this. I live in a very small town, to me a traffic jam is when I have to wait to cross the road on my 3 minute walk to work.
So I go to pick up the CBR from kiwi JK and one of my first experiences on it was the early morning commute into Wellington to catch the ferry in rush hour traffic. JK is up and gone on the Gixxer between the lanes and I'm tootling along, being polite and even using my indicator. Meanwhile the hoons on their Super Motard bikes are coming up behind and flashing me to pull over. Fair enough, they do it every day. Clearly, what I should have done is watched this video before I went to the big smoke and then I wouldn't have felt so much like the Country Mouse when I got there.
And it's OK, it doesn't end in tears (but there are so very many reasons it should)
Oh and Sprock, I am not condoning this in any way, think of me as a conduit. I don't do this ****, it just get's sent to me by other people.

Hey , seriously ...the guy was pushing every limit that exists !
but , and I only say this because om only a rider and not an admin that has to put up a silky smooth face too the world ..lol
I lane split and run double lines near every time I go out ... yep ... I do not avocate that others do it , but to be honest , I freakin do it all the time !! and even with the misses on the back ...
Maybe not quite that fast , but I do and many other riders do it here in Aus every day ...
I know that sounds like some one trying to blow there horn , but its true ...
Some riders obey all the rule's and that's fine and good , but me ?? , I have never ridden by the bloody rule's ...
I have posted many times on this subject and I stick by what I have said ...I prefer that all the cars that I can manage to get by, can't kill me !!...and if there are a ton of cars around and in front of me .....I blitz the buggers !!!! as quick as I can ...
Me misses does not approve , but she cant ride and I have a megga ton of experience doing chit like that .... so if she wants to get on the back , she lives and dies of her choice and yer , at yep, my hand ...

I get very tired of people who recon that they are saint's on the rd ....
The reality is that most that own big powerful bike's , at some stage push them way beyond what is considered legal and safe ....
So I chooose to be honest ....
all complains can be sent to me and ignored by me, by PM ....LOLOL

Yeah, kinda comfortable enough doing the white line thing on the open road, but when it's all clogged up like that you never know when some clown is gonna remember that they need new ballet shoes for their daughter just as they drive past Ballet Shoes R Us on the other side of the road. And so they whip a quick U turn.
At least at open roads the chances of them pulling a quick U turn are severely reduced, unless of course they're a stunt driver or a cop. (Remind me to tell you about the cop from Alexandra that decided to pull a quick U turn one day)

Yer , I hear what you are saying TK ...but I think riding on the roads is all a roll of the dice ... and I spose it really is just a measurement of how long you can bring yourself to stay at the tables mate ....
You can be riding along minding your own business at the limit and have a dick head roll straight out in front of you from a road that you would have put money on that no one would have just driven out of, straight into you without warning and loose yu misses in a blink!!! (happened to a real good mate of mine many years ago)

I'll be the grownup here, that guy should be locked up, for his own good. He has an extremely short life expectancy as it is. OK, we all press the envelope a bit a times, but the point is to pick your spots when you do so. To do so in that kind of traffic is just insane. We all can critique the cagers and the things they do, but to expect that cages will anticipate that someone will be splitting lanes in moving traffic at maybe 40 MPH faster than the traffic is moving is totally unreasonable. Anyone of those cars could have at anytime just moved over in their lane a bit or decided to change lanes in front of the R1 guy, and the fault would have still been totally on him. He's a menace, he gives us all a bad name, and he shouldn't be on the road.

Allot of skill and not many brains is a bit dangerous for others on the road mainly I think ...

and BTW ... I love watching these types of vids .... and most guys do too !!!..
I recon analyzing these vids for right and wrong prolly is a waste of time , but on the other hand admiring the skill and guts of the stupid twit that did it is not wrong either ....
om mean ... do we post up these types of vids as a road safety thing or issue ??? NO !!
We post em up because even if we do not ride like these guys , we like watching them and all of us in the back of our minds wonder what it would be like to be guttsy and nuts enough to even try that chit ...it freaks us out and most love watching it ... ....so who's guilty here ...hmmm????

Big nuts, little brain, great reflexes and, presumably, no kids! I used to make a fourth lane outside the cagers on the motorway at 140mph+ and cross all the lanes quite regularly. I rode for 12 months and the only vehicle that overtook me on the motorways was my mate on his bike...it was a stupid game, I know. Wouldn't dream of it now though. If I killed myself, Kath and the kids would never speak to me again...literally

Stupid but good to watch! The wheelies on the wrong side of the double whites were a nice touch. At least it was unlikely that somebody would turn left in front of him...only somebody else on day release from the nut house anyway
