haha, I was babying your bike when you let me ride it. But don't get me wrong i did want to see what it could do... I saw a bike laying down on 39th and macarthur the other night nothing bad though.
Well, who knows... maybe when the weather's nice we'll go up to the dead-end on Memorial or something... sometime when you've not got a passenger to worry about. Hmm... or MAYBE a run down the track at Thunder Valley/Tulsa Drags... maybe.

Haha. I'll wait and see if you can beat me on the F4I before I'd worry about that. Now that I fixed your clutch linkage for you, you can't use that as an "excuse". Haha, j/k.

I've been scanning for exhausts... the one I REALLY want is hard to get, and I can't get real info on it anywhere (like, weight... for example)... so I've looked at some others. Akrapovic looks alright... but I could only afford a slip-on... and for not much more than either of those, I could get a Yoshimura full exhaust! You're pipe sounds pretty slick... but I wonder about warrantee issues when adding on a full exhaust and power commander. Hmm... maybe I'll call maxey's and find out.

Go Yoshi + PCIII = Hot. Im pretty sure it won't do anything to your warranty if it does save your old exhaust and just put that badboy back on when you take it in...

You say that... but removing a full exhaust every time I want to take the bike in would be a HUGE pain... not so much if it was a slipon though. Bad thing about Yoshi is that you can get a stainless, carbon, or even titanium muffler... but all the pipes they have are stainless steel. I just wish I could hear what one sounds like in real life on a CBR like mine.

If i could get ahold of my Ex's RR, im pretty sure it had a yoshi slipon and it was sweet it was lower than mine at low RPMs but screamed when it got higher...

I saw a rather entertaining thing on my way home from work tonight. There was a guy in front of me on a gixxer or kawasaki, I didn't look close. Anyway, I made a right turn onto the road behind him and he looks in his mirrior and sees me. This guy starts cutting left to right in his lane pretty hard and as I'm watching him do it, I notice little things that make me think he can't handle his bike very well. This continues on for half a mile or so, and I begin to do the same, but cut harder back and fourth to see what this guy would do. He steps it up to keep pace, by this point I'm rather amused. We come to this intersection with a green light, so neither of us really slow down, this guy realizes maybe 10 feet from the intersection doing 30 mph that he needs to make a right hand turn....apparently he felt he could make it. He goes into the turn weaving hard from the left side of the lane to the right and just completely overshoots the turn. The next thing I know hes across the road and running his front tire up a curb...I figure he must have paniced and gave it throttle. Either way it was so funny to me I almost dropped my own bike as I laughed my way through the intersection. There were no cars in either lane of the intersecting road, so everything was fine, but when someone tries to show off and biffs it, its just that much funnier.
