I'm still going to be just as active on this site, i'll pay visits to the bike shop near my house, i just came to the conclusion....with the way my case is....and my judge...a public defender isn't going to do anything but have me sitting in jail...and i refuse to have that. I need money fast...and my bike isn't going to do anything sitting in my yard besides make me sulk and hate myself even more for not just staying on the straight and narrow. Lesson learned, now its time to make things right

My guess:

His "cousin" was himself

Bassically le let a "friend" talk him into (probably a dare or bet) doing something REALLY stupid.

No offense Wolf: Back when I was young and stupid...
...I was young and stupid, (we all were once, some of us were just lucky enough to learn our lesson before getting into too much trouble)

Having to sell the bike will be a tough blow, but hopefully it will help you out. (this is an expensive lesson to learn...make sure you choose your friends very carfully from now on... not evryoue who "hangs out" with you is your friendin fact most of them will not have your best interest in mind)

I truly hope things work out in your favor

Rider & White:

No, I once did get into some trouble about some **** like that, but i co-operated and got away with murder(not literally).

My stuff is about something i think i did mention on this site once before(i try not to get into too many details...cops are on this board). The God honest truth, i saw cops, got scared(undisclosed reason) and ran, got away, was told on, now i no longer have a clean record. No i didn't run on a bike, i ran in a 300hp luxury sedan(for those of you who are just that curious), no i don't condone running...i just got scared, no i won't ever run again, those who run, don't, it's not worth it

wow sorry to hear all of this. if it helps any when i was 18 i got busted for possession of controlled substance with the intent of sale. i'm 31 now and let me tell you i was looking at some time. but i got bailed out after a few months and got my **** together and the judge saw all of the progress i was making. this was my first offense so they hit me with a fine and probation. moral of the story is that judges arent stupid they have been young before. being that this is your first offense they shouldnt come down that hard on you (make sure the judge knows what kind of grades you get and what kind of person you are all the way around). i know it's over ten years later now and the law is a little more stern then back then but i dont think that shorts carry that much jail time. get your head back in the game, be you, and let those other ****ers get in trouble and prove to you that they are idiots.

Rider:
Reading that does comfort me a bit, it's what i needed to hear, and its not something that was sugar coated.

I wasn't really all that worried about it until people started telling me "that judge isn't the best to deal with...he isn't the worst but he isn't the best" and then come to find out the Attemp to Elude isn't a misdemeanor...its a felony, then i got scared, i'm the type of guy, who literally can't survive in jail. Yah i know what i did was wrong, and my driving record(which i'm sure will be looked at) is that of a 20 year old male of todays generation(not good), but never before have i gotten into trouble that put me in "the system". Now i'm trying to pick up two jobs, and selling my bike so that i can hire who i need, to get out of trouble, so that i can stay out of trouble. Probation i wouldn't mind...i actually can stay out of trouble, hell i have been since this incident....f*ck it's so easy to get into trouble these days....
