That is a great pic jules. That is like most morning around here beacuse of the same kind of climate. Every morning here i have to come off the hillside and drop down to a river near me. On the I-5 corridor on my way home. It is always like that. Its so cool becuase there are only a few cars on the road that early heading that way. It is so cool when the fog twists and swirls behind you. Not that i am only looking behind me. LOL i know what u peps are thinking.

Silly flat-landers! JK this was probably one of the coolest sunrises I have ever seen. It almost looks fake and a lot of people ask me if it was a photoshop creation. The whole place was glowing red for about twenty min. Im at about 10K feet and the top of the mtn across the way might be about 12k.

Hmmm i will have to go up into the nursing tower and grab a MT Rainer shot. Mine isn't quite that close but is just as red some mornings. Great sun rises.

Id like to see that. This was a few miles north of Mt Crested Butte in Colorado. Where abouts where the photos of the mornin fog taken?
