How good is progressive rate ? On average I know it's different for everyone

 

Is there an option on the progressive website to add this or do you have to call their phone support number? I've got a number of things(MSF course, Honor roll student, HRCA member, Federal employee) that probably make me eligible for discounts, but I've never found anywhere on the website to add them.

Called both my local progressive office and the number listed on their website, both stated they no longer offer discounts for the HRCA. They say the only rider group that gets a discount anymore is the Harley Owners Group Full membership, which requires a Harley VIN to sign up for.

 

When did progressive tell you they would give you the discount? As of today both the contact number on their website and the local reseller say they don't offer the discount anymore.
