Default HRCA opinions?

http://hrca.honda.com/default.asp?bhcp=1

Just got my first issue of Red Rider Mag, and started my HRCA online registration.

Just curious as to others opinions on the Honda Riders Club of America, and wether or not you have kept your membership beyond the first (complimentary) year.

Ihave just started exploring the website, so I'll post a little more after I get more familiar with it.

I went to Laguna Seca, and because of my membership, I got to meet Aaron Gobert, Josh Hayes, and just missed meeting Miguel Duhamel. I think it is worth having.

Hmmmm, from what i gathered on that site the most expensive membership is $40 a year......?

i read through all the details, but not sure if im "sold" on it, or if i'd even use all its features.

curious though.....still reading through the site. i might join up. let me know how it works out and how you like it.

Plus you get a keychain that people can drop in the mailbox if it gets lost, and Honda will send it back to your home...plus you get a free rag...consult a doctor if you experience dizzines, shortness of breath, explosivebowel movements, memory loss due to turning into a werewolf. Oh...that is a warning for something else, not the HRCA. Nevermind.

I have it too.... you get insurance discounts with some companies too, as well as roadside asst/towing (I think that's an extra option now though), as well as other discounts and stuff here and there

Kinda like AAA for bikes I guess

i've used the road side assistance
it was worth it i was in BFE
HRCA will cover the tow to the nearest honda shop, but if you talk to the tow truck guy he may take you to your house.
he did it for me, was still free, and i tipped him 20 bucks.
and it lowered my Progressive insurance ~30 bucks
all in all i think its a good deal

oh yeah, i also got a discount on a car rental
