Default HRCA members?

I saw that progressive offers a discount for honda riders club of america (i think thats the name) members. Joining online is free, so I'm just wondering of anyone else had joined and received discounts on their insurance and stuff.

I'm going to allow it since there's no cost to join. So it's not really an ad.

BTW, our posts are still moderated so they shouldn't be visible to non-mods (I think)

Don't get your hopes up to high. My discount with progressive for taking the MSF Course would have been $3.00

yea i joined HRCA, i dont know how much of a discount it got me but i gave my insurance company all the info and they came back with a quote for full coverage 50/100/50 $500 deductible for collision and comprehensive at $62 a month so that seemed awesome to me since other companies were quoteing me high 200's all the way to 500 for full coverage.

The best bet would be to call and ask for everything they give discounts for. I joined the HRCA but geico does not give discounts for that. I know with geico it also depends on your location. When I was stationed at Fort Benning Ga, they offered a discount if you was a member of a local infantry organization. Now with the MSF, most insurance companies will give discounts. Geico offered me 10%. I'm not sure if it matters but I bought mine straight out so I didn't need anything special like a finance company would want such as full coverage.

Oh my bad, I didn't mean to be spamming the boards or anything lol. I figured off topic would have been my best bet!

I haven't even purchased insurance for my F3 yet because there's no real riding to be done with all this strange winter weather here in RI, but I just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this.

And it's free to join the thing anyway, so I figure why not lol
