How to pick up a fallen motorcycle

At 5'7" and about 190 average build I've had to pick up my f4i twice and my f2 once. Both sides on the f4i and the right side on the f2. All times I lifted it while facing the bike. Start with one hand on the seat or sub frame and one hand on the grip closest to you. Bend at the knees and start it like a "dead lift". Then once you get the bike half way up where you can lean it on your thigh put your other hand (the one on the seat) on the other grip and finish pushing upright. Adrenalin may have helped the first two times but the last time it wasn't a factor so I think you can probably pull it off in the crunch

Little ranting.. because I heard it a lot when I decided to get a bike.
I know my risk of dropping so I am super careful when I am coming to stop, what lane, what part of the lane etc. I am a poster child of what a person shouldn't do according to many... shouldn't start riding bike when you are old, shouldn't start with 600, shouldn't lower your bike, shouldn't, shouldn't.... All I can say, my life is full of passions and passions are filled. I will have no regret in future. (Thanks, again, for nice people in Hawaii who might help me get the bike up if I ever drop her)

I dropped mine the first time I rode it at super slow speeds, I didn't even go down with the bike. But I looked up the road and saw a car coming and bent down and just hoisted the bike up and pulled it off the road. It was laying on it's left side and that's the side I picked it up from. I'm 5' 8" and about 140 pounds. I used to work at a sawmill and have probably had to lift boards as heavy as the bike so that may have helped haha. But when adrenaline is involved you just do it before even thinking about it.

Having dead lifted both Rain and Ororo (F3 and F4i) I highly suggest finding another way, if possible. Picked up Rain 3 times, twice without a problem. Once and wrenched my back, requiring 3 days off from work. Picked up Ororo once, wrenched my back again and popped Alieve like candy.
If you did it wrong it's gonna hurt like hell when the adrenaline wears off The video I linked won't put as much strain on your back.
Besides Yumi, using your feminine wiles to recruit assistance is a perfectly valid method too
