It was actually an even trade. No cash involved. I wanted a bike for the track. I can rail the R1 on the back roads, but I feel like on the track I will be better off with a 600 at least starting out.

I will eventually go back to a Yamaha. I want an 09+ R1 for the street.

would you rather have a civic with 64k or 100k? i tihnk its a easy choice that as long as they were up on maintenance a lower mile ride is better. just saying... you can find a bike with 12k miles on it for the same price most likely.

I wouldnt own a civic if u gave it to me lol.

Oh I'm not saying find a bike with low miles, just not turn your nose up at one with some real miles on it, means it was rode n not just stared at is all lol
