Hate the rain.

Not only does it dirty up your bike, but emergency stops for traffic irregularities are a dicey thing at best.

Plus, you get all wet.

Actually in the wet, you want to favor the rear then the front.

You are looking to stop linearly from back to front.

The front will wash out quicker that the back will.

yea it sux riding in the rain, but if you have your helmet its not that bad
a few times i would ride to my girls and it would be nice out, but id fall asleep or somethin and go to head home later at night and it would be pouring
there was one night it was BAD
lightning, thunder, pouring rain, but it doesnt scare me so much, as long as im going in a straight light. sometimes the rain stings when it hits you, and that night i had my helmet so i just tucked up and got home. it is funny when you get off and you have the whole front half of you is soak and wet and the back is pretty much dry, lol
