i still can't believe we don't have a cure for the common cold... and it's 2008! we're supposed to have flying cars and $hit too... stupid Back to the Future II getting my hopes up

 

There won't be a cure for the cold once you have it, it keeps mutating...these bugs are getting increasingly resistant to antibiotics too...our best defence against any illness is good health...obvious as it sounds just keeping yourself healthy, eating the right foods, excersing the right amount...and being happy ... are great defences against the myriad of bugs and diseases out there waiting to pounce and bring you down....

When the body has good health it just seems to shake off these things...

One other perk...staying healthy even slows down the aging process :-)
