Default RE: Help a friend

Every little bit helps, and you're living up to the rep - Mr Nice Guy !

Wills has his bike in the shop now, gets it back tomorrow, and has been offered a part time job at the shop, so things are maybe looking up a bit for him......
Many thanks again
Pete

A lot of time has passed since this thread was started and I hate to resurrect it for nothing but I feel my my intentions justify bringing it back to the top.

While I was in no position to help at the time this was my first major impression of this forum and it's one that has stuck with me my entire time as a member here. There are a lot of dormant and nearly dormant users in this thread but there are also a lot of new, currently posting, and active members who I feel can benefit from reading this. This forum is filled with a lot of good people who are willing to help at the drop of a hat whenever they can.

I'm lifting this thread from the depths so that current members can get a little bit better of an idea the atmosphere and aspect of family (be it not blood but something more) that this forum offers.

It's funny. I find more of these people on hondas than I've ever come across before I joined the m/c community

Since this thread hasn't been closed yet I'd like to propose that it get's locked and either stickied or linked to in the new members area or the off topic section as an example to everyone.

I'd also like to thank everyone for making this place the wonderful resource that it is.

wow this is great that people have this kind of passion of resurrecting a bike that is not theirs. this shows the love for honda and most of all other riders.
