Contact shoei. If parts are available, they will have them.
Reusing a helmet after a crash is not recommended. Once it makes hard contact, its pretty much done.

+1 New helmet time. Even a light hit on pavement will compromise the lid.

get a new helmet. i know there is a way to x-ray (or something similar) your helmet to see if the internal padding is okay - but that's expensive in itself.

just get a new lid

You're half right!

You can send your helmet to Shoei, just pay for the shipping to get it to them, they x-ray and ship it on their dime. Every Shoei has this service included when you purchase it. More information is available on their website. They send the helmet back either way, you could probably include a note saying that if it passes the x-ray test please fix the visor or whatever issue you're having and then send a bill or something.

Link to web page : SHOEI North America | Customer Service

"Be sure to include a letter with a brief description of the issue with the helmet, as well as a daytime phone number and return address. Once we receive the helmet it will take 1-3 business days to complete the inspection. Upon completion the helmet is returned to you with a letter stating the findings of our inspection. Your helmet is returned to you if it passes the inspection or not. There is no charge for the inspection, and the UPS Ground return shipping is free"

They also have a link to a video on how to package the helmet on their website.

Hope this helped, good luck. If it comes back as damaged, grab a new lid!!
