Hey all,

I was trying to get my face shield back into my helmet when I cracked part of the mechanism that holds the shield in place. Does anyone know how to get replacement parts/ how to get my helmet fixed?

That happened to me when I was a noob and i ended up supergluing the peice back to the mechanism (stupid) but if you make an account with them then go to the support tab and send them a message about what happened they are real prompt and will probably tell you to send it in so they can fix it, fairly sure theyll pay for shipping back and no cost to fix it. My front lip fell off and they offered to fix it but I had recently sold my 3 extra helms so this is my only one and don't want to be without it until I buy my new Vector Good luck!

edit: I can't believe there was a time when I owned 4 helmets~!

 

Thanks for the help. I will try that. But, like you, I don't want to be w/o a helmet. maybe in the off season.
