My friend did the exit ramp once. Knee down at 100 in a right hand turn (no pucks). His knee caught and endo'd the bike. Reconstructive knee surgery, and a the usual scrapes and bruises. I was right behind him and let me tell you, never again will I take an exit ramp after seeing that! Too much loose stones, oil, etc on there for me. We still ride a lot and pretty hard but just watch it on the exit ramps. Hate to see seomthing worse. He (we) got off lucky.

I definately understand everyones point of view with the uncertainty of on-ramps; however, I will say that I am very familiar with this ramp as I am on it almost daily. It is a nice sweeping banked curve and I really wasn't going that much over the speed limit. Here is about the only photo I have showing my typical body position when I am leaning:

One cheek off the seat.

I would love to do a track day, but I won't be able to afford that until after I am done with school. I really want to meet up with someone who has experience with draggin a knee and find a large, empty parking lot.

Thank you all for your input, I do appreciate it!

I drag the pegs on occasion without the feelers being on. Yeah, it gets low.

Judging by the pic, your what they call "crossed up". Move your upper body out with your butt off of the seat. When your crossing over the bike with your upper body, your defeating the purpose of getting your *** off of the seat. You should be trying to almost kiss the mirror of the side of the bike your getting off of.
This will help minimize the amount of lean angle, thus getting through corners more effeciently and getting progressively faster.

edit:nice bike!!!

I did that for the first time last weekend. I was out with dwshultzy hitting the twistys. And I thought to myself, "Can I touch the ground?" Yep! I had gloves on but it kind of hurt my middle finger.
totally caught me off guard a couple times. check the mirror mid corner (bad habit) and there is cbrcrf with his arm hanging out. lol.....
