Quit smoking.
Day fifteen, and the WORST birthday ever! The email from you was really nice. Thanks! Other resolutions have been in effect for a few months, with success. Lost 40 pounds in four months. I don't use foul language. I eat more fruits and vegetables. This is the year I ride more.

Do job Raven! You can do it...keep with it...
BTW: i was 1-2 pack a day Marlboro smoker for 18years...took me multiple tries...the first 3 months are tough, once you get thru it, you'll be fine....is been 2 years for me and I sometimes think about it, but you just have to change that sort of lifestyle...I drink a beer without a smoke now, so that's tough!
