how does a ref, wearing no pads bump shoulders with a foot ball player and the player goes down?
i mean he was in the way, but the running back just hit him and fell over.

^^^ the only reasonable case I would make for the football player falling over so easily was that maybe he was actually concerned about the ref and did not want to trample him.. I dont know really just a thought
