before he takes a step forward, he made his decision and locked to his target, what was his problem ? !

 

There has to be a reason for that...I mean WTF is that cops deal??? I've put a cop or two in place when they mess with my patients. Some will just be d%cks cause they want to be.

Was there a reason for this? If not i would hope the biker files a law suit and takes every ****ing dime that piece of sh.it cop has. Ive been hassled by them too many times for no reason and hate seeing that sh.it, many abuse the power they have to the point of being public enemy number one, pretty pathetic that they are that terrible at fighting crime that they have to pick on innocent people to make themselves feel good.

Critical Mass is a type of take-back-the-streets protest ride. happens monthly throughout the country

earlier that evening, NYPD scooter officer tried to grab a rider, resulted in an accident, officer hurt pretty bad, resulted in cops looking for revenge all night.

the officer has had his badge and gun taken away and was assigned to desk duty.

and get this... the RIDER was arrested for attempted assault and resisting arrest.
