I offered 5200 and plan to pay the $100 for the inspection. As far as the fairings go I plan to remove and reinforce with heat shield/dynamat (I read on here to use dynamat??) on the 2 side fairings.

I asked about the frame and forks and he said they are in perfect condition. I guess not being super trusting in general, where, on th frame or motor can I tell its a 1000RR easily? especially knowing the fairings arent stock. Thanks
