ORIGINAL: city worker
a big loss to the Ausies [&o]
Not from what i have been told, i have talked to and mentioned Ol' Steve to some real Aussie's and they say that he gives austrailia a bad name and makes them look like a bunch of imbisils(sp?) and that he was a ******....Regardless i thought he was kick *** and really enjoyed watching him on tv.

P.S. they also said the same about Fosters that it wasn't as popular over there as every makes it out to be.

yeah, nobody drinks fosters....

but ita only the minority that thought bad of steve irwin.
he had a target audience and the kids in particular absolutely loved him, the only time we ever frowned on hom was with the baby dangling thing, but hey, he was the croc expert....

I know this is messed up but they already have jokes out on him dying. I seen one. It was a bottle of sun tan lotion it was called IRWINS SUN TAN LOTION. The disclaimer on the bottle read helps fight those DEADLY RAYS!!!! I thought it was funny but messed up at the same time. I feel for that family also

Rest in Peace. I always watched Steve. He enjoyed what he did, and he died doing what he loved. I think we can all relate to that in one way or another.
