LOL. That "pimp" picture is pretty sweet.

Thanks to everyone who likes Foxy 2 (thanks for the nickname Kodiak [:@]) lol. kidding. While I was working on it, I kept remember telling myself "The guys on the forum are going to flip when they see this." I spent my entire weekend working on the bike.

I'm going to Sears tomorrow to check out do-it-yourself powder-coating kits (Craftsman makes one). If so, I'll have a lot of powder-coating to do.

That truck-bedliner stuff is holding up alright, but you can tell it just won't last. And the local shop says they'll take up to 10 business days doing just my rearsets! (THAT long, WTF?) So do-it-yourself kit, here I come.

looking really nice. Got any of those vinyl tire decals you want to ship up to the northeast... how much?

I'm debating on getting another set of dunlops that came stock on my 04 600RR, or different tires..

I really like all the work you did to the bike, what was the HID kit you used for your old bike? I need one for a 04 600RR...

How do you like the riding characteristics (sp?) of the new CBR compared to the old? Whatd you do with the old bike?

Just go to any vinyl graphics shop and have them made. I made 40 of them for $30 bucks (and still have about 30-ish left)

Get the off-the-shelf Qualifier's. They're great tires, and you can get them for a hell of a price.

Same place I bought my mini-ballast kit from. I will have to say that I prefer the large-ballast kits more than the mini-ballast. But on the 07 models, there's just no room for the larger ballasts.

The new bike feels so much lighter on it's feet. Handles better, has more midrange, and gets better fuel milage. Not to mention it's a little more comfortable on longer trips. My old bike was totaled out and the insurance took it and gave me a check for what it was worth. The dealer estimated the damage at a little over $10,000, and me being a little strapped for cash right now, had to let her go instead of buying it back for a little over $2000 bucks.
