I now powder-coat too..............
After talking with numerous shops, I came to the conclusion of just buying a damn powder-coat tool. I was fed up with the "5-10 business days, and it'll cost you $50 a side." bulls**t I've been hearing, so I broke down and bought one today.
I bought the Craftsman Do-it-yourself Powder-Coat tool along with a few packs of satin-black powder coat, and a cheap ***, 450-degree toaster oven to bake the parts in. (so needless to say, I'm limited to only powdercoating small parts for now.)
So, with prep work, powdering, baking and curing, it took a whopping 30 minutes from start to finish to do my rear pegs (I did those in case I screwed up because I don't use them anyway). It turned out AMAZING. I'll start another thread tomorrow when I get home from work and powder coat my rearsets (because the paint isn't holding up worth s**t)
So if any of you guys want your rear sets, levers or anything else that can fit in a toaster oven powder coated, let me know. It'll be cheap. I'll post up a new thread and some pics tomorrow of the kit I got and the results. I was floored with the outcome. WELL worth the money I spent on it.

^^ The kit with tax and a warranty was a little over $250 bucks. The packets of powdercoat cost about 6 bucks each. But I'm going to buy a bulk-sized container (5 gallons) of powder from a local paint shop tomorrow.
This stuff is honestly the S**T! I'm usually disappointed when I buy something like this because most of the time it's a gimmick. But again, I was floored with the results.

I get a catalog that has a lot of powder coating stuff in it. Fox, you should post up some pics of what kind of results you got and maybe a link to the craftsman kit you got.

they seem to have all kinds of powder coating stuff, and for a kit less than 200 bucks I might just jump right in.
