It's just a front fairing from a black 600RR. Then I bought 2 red replacement stripes for the side fairings, and used those on the front fairing. I didn't add any black vinyl to the bike. I'm thinking of re-doing the tail though. I'm not a huge fan of that big black piece just stuck there like that.

^^ I'm going down to the vinyl shop tomorrow to see if I can get a red that matches almost perfect to the Honda vinyl. I was just playing around in photoshop and found that if I add a little piece of red in the middle between the intake and the middle light, it looks much better.
