Well my first week out on my bike in 07...have rode the last three days, Got home last night and heard air coming out of my back tire...big staple was sticking out of my rear tire...Can they patch bike tires or am I going to have to spend anoth $150 on a new tire?

 

id get a new one, but thats just me, i had a nail, and replaced the tire, but yea i think they can patch em up to you and your ridin style i guess

 

get a new one. Ronayres has them at a fair price.

 

I just called the guy I do bussisness with and he said he doesnt patch tires, some places might but he wont because it would only hold for awhile, and he doesnt wnat to be liable. He said I could patch it myself but wouldnt reccomend doing....so I am getting another new tire....I bought dunlops last time, any one reccomend any other tire?

 

Pilot Road's are nice. I have no problems with mine.

 

Michelins!!! How could you NOT buy a tire who's mascot is a giant marshmallow man with a little marshmallow dog??

 

nail the tire means replace it.

 

a patch and some green slime saved me a bunch of money for a little while....the greenslime worked great
