That is an RF 1000, In the first pic you can see the small clips. They pop
onto the 3 holes of the shield ( 3 are extra) and it simply slides into the space between
the foam and the shell of the helmet...U can put it in and take it out faster then it would
be to change the actual visor, Plus its flat when its out and fits perfect in my tail...Works
on almost any helmet...And it's only $20

I have an RF-1000 as well, which size did you choose? small or large? This looks better then purchasing a new pair of glasses.

Why don't you just buy the whole mirrored shield? Justa matter ofconvenience?

I was going to but i work weird hours a few nights a week, its sunny when
i go in and dark when i come out, The regular visor doesnt fit easily in my
tail section like this does. This is completely flat when its out and came with a lil bag.
Plus i work in the parts department at a Honda dealer and got this at cost ($11) and
figured why not give it a try.

i liked my old THH that had little snaps to change the visor quick, but my new KBC you have to actually unscrew it, i dont like it. the mirrored shields are actually not too bad at night, i still dont prefer it over a clear one, but its better than tinted.

My shoei has the quick removal but its the fact of carrying around the second visor that bothers me...
