Default helmet visor question

there are lots of bugs where i live, especially at night. does anyone know where i can buy those plastic visor strips that go over ur visor and you just peel em off when they get nasty. all racers use em i'm not sure where to get em? and don't worry about me littering. i'd peel it off and stuff it in my pants cargo pocket. thanks for any help.

I looked into them before too. It requires a visor specifically for the tear offs, with a plastic pin sticking out of the visor.

no i hate it when people litter. it's not hard to throw your **** away properly. majority of people are just lazy or they just don't care about the environment. anyways, what kind of specialized visor are you talking about? where can i look ? thanks!

Look for tear-offs. Most brand helmets that sponsor a racer or race team will have them... at least for their top-shelf helmet models.

Green morality, from a bunch of hydrocarbon burners !!!!!!!!! Check your local dirt bike dealer. Replacement "pins" for attatchment... they might even have motorized setups, that wind up the dirty film to reveal a fresh clean section!!!!!!! I hate bugs, I refer to it as "**** carpet syndrome"!!!!!!! HOT TIP... Use a paper towel w/ hot water, just lay it over your buggy shield... walk away for about 3-4 min., come back and use your fav., non abrasive cloth, rolling the bugs off, revealing clean cloth as you go... NO "rubbing" !!!!!!!!! W/ care, my shields have lasted 6k + already, and look almost new. Time to LIGHTLY lube your pivots,w/ silicon too.
Clean and free, Ripp'n

I'm sure the bugs really add up when you're runnin' from the cops! J/K... had to get a shot in there!

Well I am not sure how well these work, but they might be worth a try:
