Adam, I think in *this* case just pay it and move on ..I know it sucks but I feel you have a lot of stress in your life just now, your young family and your other issues too ... I think this will all add to it and fuel more aggro between you and your girl, pay it and move on as quickly as possible ..with all your other issues do you really need a fight like this on your hands that could well cost you a lot more in the long run ..sorry darlin but in this case just get past it ...

Personally I say fight it. It is a matter of principle. I would at least go to court. If anything, the judge may reduce the charges. You might want to subpoena the video.

I understand the principle thing ..the reason I said to pay it is due to Adams particular circumstances and stress he already has in his life .. I feel he cant win this and will end up more stressed by fighting it ... the last thing he needs now is a fight and more stress that may well cost more money, this is a negative thing that needs to be done and dusted ASAP ..not dragged out

I see what you mean Jules, and it does make good sense in that point. One benifit to fighting would be to get the payment date extended out till probably early-mid summer 2009. Jamie has already plead not guilty to her charge and so that one is already in motion. As for mine, if I cant get it thrown out prior to the court date, it will just be a simple letter sent out with no time lost till the hearing/trial set at a later date.

I really appreciate that you can see how this is so stressfull in my like Jules, Im literally fighting back tears here at work typing this. Even thou I may never meet you, or any of you for that matter, you all here at CBRforum are thought of as true friends.
