Default DOT approved ear plugs???

Hi everyone, I've noticed lately that the wind noise is really getting to me, especially after a long ride. I've looked around the net for DOT approved ear plugs with no luck. Is there such a thing? If so, do you know the difference?

Thanks much!

In most areas you are allowed to have them since they don't affect your ability to hear sirens, call up your dmv or mdv as I think they call it in Arizona and just ask what the ruling is, if anyone tries giving you something that sounds like an I think answer they're most likely talking out out their ***, ask to speak to someone that knows, or call your local PD.
