I want to get that undertail but idk if it DOT approved...And i live in MAss if that helps...And i cannot call my dmv b/c they never answer the damn phone...lol

 

it prolly isnt, but then again none of them prolly are lol. Watch out for the undertails with the built in LEDs like that, they look cool, but often have cheap LEDs in em that stop working.

 

most undertails are not dot approved. Have you tried looking up ur local laws online. Most are online.

 

Yea i just got a response from the guy and was like it is DOT approved but its not a good idea...Go through inspection and then put this one on after. LOL

 

I've never met a shop ever that checked if anything was dot approved. they only check if the break light works correctly. You'll be fine.

 

Well my shop did...He was checking out my blinkers in the front...Which are the little bulb ones they work and everything...But he was like doesnt say DOT approved on the lens you fail...He said they need to stick out of the bike lol
