I think theX is the stern father of the forum, the guy who you dread telling of your fun times cause of the backlash and lecture of it being irresponsible......lol, I dig theX, guys got some good points, a bit sharp at times though but almost always has a solid point. As for the OP, if you saw helmets in stock for cheaper, then hell, buy them there, but if they were out of stock and the more expensive seller had them, and you asked to price match and they gave you that crap, well, I'd be right in line with how you feel. Really, to run a buisiness, regardless of the circumstances, you can and should be fair and polite to folks.
