I ride my 2001 VFR to and from work every day and my 2008 CBR600 on the weekends. It's a good combination of bikes. One for pure sport and the other for longer rides. My VFR just turned over the 25,000 mile mark and never has had any problems. Comfort and a V-Four's torque makes it an ideal bike for the commute.

I have an '81 Goldwing with 45k on it, and rides like an overstuffed leather couch strapped to a lawnmower. I can only imagine that the newer ones are even better.

My father has a Silverwing that he rides about 50 miles a day on, and he loves it.
