I agree with B (hey that rhymes). If someone calls it a crotch rocket I know they don't ride. I don't get offended, but half of my brain shuts down and I quitpaying close attentionto anything they have to say from that point on.

Someone who uses the term right off the bat in describing my bike or any sport bike is instantly recognizable as a non-rider.
I usually say sport bike to describe as such, or a cruiser for a cruiser, or standard for a.....etc. etc.

It's odd so many of you don't like the term. If motorcycles come up in conversation i say crotch rocket, just because no one else knows what a CBR is...

if your being serious, then thanks. it pretty bare bones as far as looks. but it has a ton of work. i have a 637cc kit coming soon. i love the thing. its pretty strong already. well for an 11 yr old bike anyway.

the owner of my company, who rides a harley btw because he says its the sound it makes, called it a crotch rocket. I just smiled politely and said sport bike you mean? Its part of our responsibility as riders to educate the public on what the bikes really are.
