Malwarebytes? Just install it while in safe mode with networking. Let it update and run

I would do it that way, but even if I run it in safe mode with networking I can not open any browser. (IE, firefox and windows explorer) Randy just said download it on another computer.

If you can't download (no browser), you can burn to a disk from the laptop, or use a "jump" or "thumb" drive to transfer. Install in safe mode with networking, as kuroshio said let it update and run. Do a full scan. It will take a while.
